Pierpont associates Query

Hmm, you know what, there are so many options for educational pathways and you can decide which option is a better fit, you can continue with your BOG Associates, ladder to UMPI for something, even go up to their MAOL. Another option is to get up to the Bachelors level by doing UK Top-Ups after completing BOG AAS, do a level 5-6 combo, then do the Bachelors Top-Up.

Got in to what I was told was my pierpont student account after emailing the helpdesk the account is in my name but has a second random female sounding email address and an random 2 bed house address in some town in West Virginia as my mailing address plus an phone number that isn’t mine. Plus the degree listed in my is as AAS with concentration/ major in Business and the email account has emails going back 18 months in it none of which have been opened and nothing has been sent from it previously.
No idea what’s going on here. Anyone had anything similar previously

@Jbloggs, Ouch! That seems to be someone else's account, log out and leave it alone for now. I've not heard this at Pierpont before, most likely someone had made a mistake and thought that was your account. Email Pierpont support for them to fix the issue as you don't want to have another student account compromised, they may have delayed their start or may have finished their studies, who knows...

Called IT this morning and it seems they had given me access to the account with the individual with same username 1 number below the one they should have. All sorted now and in the correct account. Just got to wait for my transcripts to show up now.

Awesome, they resolved it! It's interesting how they provided the logon details for a different person, mistakes happen, as long as it's resolved... Hopefully, they reset the password for that account so the individual shouldn't be further affected. Your transcripts may take some time if you have international credits in there, otherwise if it's all ACE, those are relatively quick as they come in electronically.

My transcripts are 86 Ace Credits & 7 RA Credits from ASU so hopefully shouldn’t take too long. Nothing international.

My transcripts all 93 credits 86 from ACE and 7 from ASU have finally came across but it says I am still missing 3 credits in Computer Literacy and 6 credits in maths & Science. I’m sure the courses I’ve got and listed earlier in this thread met those criteria how do you go about getting a manual check done to fix this?

Appreciative Inquiry - You ask your advisor by email, you're going for graduation and you want to make sure everything is complete. In this case, it's Lisa or Nancy as per the sticky thread. I highly suggest you review your list and make sure you have all that its on the WIKI for reference, if you do, then I believe you're looking at the online academic evaluation version - don't, it's just there to see what credits you have - it's not a tool to see your complete evaluation!

On ROAR road unofficial transcripts 20 of my Sophia course come over as FREL 1999 including the ones the forum suggest that I should/could use for science/maths, ICT & Communications. My 3 credit and 1 credit ASU RA Credit courses also all came over as FREL 1999. Hoping that’s the issue and when Lisa looks at it that would be corrected.

That is how most transfer credits are identified at Pierpont. Your classes should still be used properly even though they will say FREL 1999. I would not recommend spending too much time on DegreeWorks, as it is not really used much for the actual BOG. You will get email confirmation and can certainly email them with your questions or concerns.
