UMPI you should be able to do in one or two terms. You should be able to start in May if you hurry up and get the credits you need.

If Alistair88 has 100 foreign credits, it's possible to do TESU. Alistair88 would need to complete 3 UL classes (9 credits) at SDC ASAP. Difficult, but not impossible. Especially if one is going for a BSBA CIS.

UMPI would still probably be easier to complete quickly, though. But it hinges on the ability to quickly write assignments.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

I don't know what credits the OP has, but if none were any business courses, then the OP is looking at 13 courses for the professional requirements + another 6 (4UL) for the AOS—plus filling in the holes for the G.E.

The OP would have to take all these courses and transfer them all in about 1 1/2 months for what could be 20 courses (60 credits) worth of work for all we know.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.

@OP, you'll have to decide competency based vs alternative credit transfer. You'll also need to see what the evaluation says, without it, it's just speculation right now on "what" those 80-100 credits will come in as... I suggest Excelsior College to transfer in the max number and to use ACE/NCCRS for the remaining credits to complete the BSLA.

You need to post your credits before we can help any further.

My vote is going to be UMPI or Excelsior. Depends on the courses you have and the degree you want.

That's what I said multiple times. We're limited in how much we can help without knowing what credits the OP has. It's all just a guess. We also need to know what degree they're interested in. Hard to help with such little info.

I can't figure out how to attach the pdf so I'm going to list the credits I have
Sophia 12 credits
Art history 1 & 2
Environmental science
Intro to IT
Saylor 3 credital college algebra
Liverpool 88 credits
Mathematics - 4
Mathematics II 6 credits
Mathematics III 6 credits upper level
Chemistry with labs 6
Physics I 4 credits
Physics II 6 credits
Anatomy and physiology 6 credits
Biophysics 6 credits
Intro to programming (c++) 6 credits
Statistics 6 credits
General engineering 4 credits
Physics III 6 credits upper level
Engineering II 6 credits
Engineering III 6 credits upper level
Advanced programming (with project) 10 credits
I have couple of questions
When looking at the UMPI BLS MIS they only list 18 credits they require for the MIS minor so can you use the other 102 to fill whatever credits you want? Similarly if I go for a liberal studies degree from excelsior or TESU would that make it easier for them to accept most of my credits. Is a liberal studies degree very flexible with what credits you need?

To add attachments, you click on the button "choose file", then find the file on your computer to add. Next click "add attachment".

Those courses seem pretty straightforward. So you should be able to guess how those courses will come into various schools.

I would make an Excel/Google sheets degree plan for TESC, EC, and UMPI and see which ones are easier to do.

Doing two TESU courses, Capstone/cornerstone is likely around the equivalent of doing six courses at UMPI, so keep that in mind. I'm not sure the time to do EC capstone/cornerstone course.

No. Every degree requires a minimum of 120 credits. If you look at the courses you'll see that there are different blocks of classes.

https://online.umpi.edu/programs/bls-man...px#courses

There are 40 credits required to fill the GEC. These are general education requirements. Being from outside the US you won't have this completed.

Here's the typical GEC recommendations:

UMPI BLS Plan

I. GEC – 40 credits
1A. Take at UMPI
1B. Take at UMPI
1C. InstantCert – American Government
1D. Take at UMPI
2A. Sophia – Introduction to Ethics
2B. Sophia – Introduction to Ethics
2C. Take at UMPI
2D. Take at UMPI
2E. Sophia – Art History 1 - You've taken this
3A. Sophia – College Algebra
3B. Sophia – Introduction to Statistics - You've taken this
3C. Study.com Biology101L Biology with Lab or Sophia – Human Biology
3D. Sophia – Environmental Science - You've taken this
3E. Study.com Biology101L Biology with Lab or Chemistry 111L Chemistry I with Lab - You've taken this
4A. YourPace Orientation
4B. Take at UMPI
4C. Sophia – Introduction to Ethics
5A. Sophia – Approaches to Studying Religions or Introduction to Sociology
5B. Sophia – US History 1
5C. InstantCert – Spanish 1
5D. Sophia – Ancient Greek Philosophers
5E. InstantCert – American Government

I can't say if those mathematics classes you've taken will transfer in for the GEC math requirements. I would guess that they'll be general electives.

The Algebra from Saylor should work, no need to take it again from Sophia.

It had an ACE recommendation from 2015 to 2018, but Saylor's College Algebra currently only has an NCCRS recommendation.
