Does anyone have an example of a paper with an A? I would love to review a few before I submit one for this.
After this I'd be 100% done with Sophia \o/ wooo (minus Public Speaking cause it's not deaf friendly)

Because it is one of the new courses I also wanted to write here.
It is a nice course, not as boring as I expected,
The course involves an assignment that is to write a paper of at least 750 words, you have to put two academic citations. While the task is not difficult, citing two legal papers can be difficult for most, especially because the course does not give you tools in this regard. Anyway the assignment grade is "generous".
The course is not difficult.
Does this course satisfy TESU's LAW-201 Business Law?

Yes it does. The Sophia.org should satisfy the Business Law requirement at TESU.
BTW GizmoJack, what AOS are you shooting for the BSBA? Just wondering...

Business Law took me 3 days to finish. It was actually pretty easy, even the touchstone. I got docked 20 points because it was "too long" but a pass is a pass LOL

They took off 20 points because your paper was too long? Good grief! That seems excessive unless you wrote 20 pages and it was supposed to be 5. Are you happy to be done? LOL

Some tips about this touchstone. PLEASE use these before you submit. Failure to understand the below tips can cost you a hefty percentage! I wish I had these before I wrote mine!
- It is an "oral agreement" not a "verbal agreement" do not use the word "verbal".
- Failure to abide by the terms of a contract is a breach of a contract, but, not a reason to void the contract. So no, the contract is not void, it was breached, but not voided.
- In addition to the above, if you argue the contract is void, then there is no legal argument. argument over.
- Do not use the word ambiguity. There is no ambiguity. It is a straight forward contract.
- They had a clear and expressed contract to hold the car for one day in exchange for a $100 deposit that is refundable.
- The answer/remedy to this case is to return the money to the buyers, thus, the contract is not void.
- Discuss the Statute of Frauds. Failure to mention this can knock off 25% of your grade
