Either of these schools should do for you, they're both Regionally Accredited and their programs both are ABET accredited - I assume you're looking at the Excelsior's Electrical Engineering Technology and TESU's Electronics System Engineering Technology. Otherwise, you're looking at the Excelsior Nuclear Engineering Technology and TESU's Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology. The degree courses are pretty similar, it all depends, check out their course load and see which is more to your liking... sometimes people want to take specific courses and learn from those specific ones.

I had them evaluate my transcript and it seemed like it would be too much of a fight to go with them. For example they didn't know how to handle TECEPs and some of my CC classes. Like sure I guess the CC classes could be odd but TECEPs? Ultimately stuck with TESU.
