Personally, I doubt your ALEKS credit is in danger, but getting them transferred to TESU can only help. If TESU did try to yank them back, you can bet there would be a LOT of people here asking for reasons why.

I have already had them evaluated at TESU but I am worried that if I send my last transcript and ALEKS has been removed, that TESU will take them away. I think I will fall into a deep depression if I have to do more math courses and especially "more legit" courses. Statistics will kill me from a different source.
I agree with Dave -- I don't think that ACE will remove past/earned ALEKS credits. I don't see how they can ethically do that.
However, I would definitely highly encourage anyone who is at all concerned about any of their alternative credits to have their ACE transcript sent to TESU/school of choice asap. This will help with peace of mind, if nothing else

Ethics doesn't matter. ACE has proven they can delete credits retroactively.

You may not have to enroll at a college. I vaguely remember some discussion here of a credit banking service I think TESU offered. That might be a lower-cost alternative to shake out and see if it works for you.
At any rate, ACE is wrong in retroactively taking credits from people who have the only sin of not getting them into a school. I realize in the end that it's all business, but honestly, that's straight up unethical.

credit banking isn't useful for keeping your credits safe, as the receiving institution will want the original source, which is ACE.

So when I submitted my transcript it was on there but tesu didn't take it.
Where should it have gone at TESU? Who do I call to get it added? Academic advising? This is my first time submitting a transcript so I'm confused on how it all works.

It's considered a Gen Ed, and it's 2 courses (PLA-100 for 1cr, and PLA-200 for 2cr).
