Hi everyone!
Ok I had my first telephone interview today with the PR Director of Kaplan. She and other school faculty are excited to share my story! I must admit, I am very excited to be setting precedence with the Open College initiative. I was informed my story is set to be published in Business Wire and/or Business News Weekly, my local newspaper and the college website. Each time my story is published I am sent an official copy for approval.
- I have also been asked to sit in on Kaplan's next Town Hall meeting on 5/17. !! I am ECSTATIC to say the least.
After sharing this news with my husband and mother, I could not wait to share it all with you.:hurray:
Of course, I was HAPPY to plug this God-sent resource (DF.net) in my story and I hope it makes final publication!
I am so extremely humbled and proud of this achievement.
Thanks for all of the wonderful advice I gleaned from Degree Forum members.
