I am figuring out how best to get my 12 creds needed for humanities. I am going to take CLEP Humanities (6), DSST Intro to World Religions (3), but I need another three, any ideas on what TESC may consider humanities that are available by CLEP or DANTES?
Thanks!

I've been downloading the various viewbooks from Excelsior in an attempt to put together a degree plan. I am going for a General Business degree. I want to earn most credits by examination and take a few (4 - 6) classes at the local community college. The thing that isn't clear to me is how many credits need to be upper level. The business viewbook shows that you need 12 upper level business credits but doesn't mention how many of your other credits need to be upper level. Does anyone have this info or do I have to wait until I've enrolled to find out?

I wanted to create a thread for us to share our degrees and majors. Some of us might have similar interests and might even be able to provide a recommended exam or two to fulfill a requirement.
I have two Community College of the Air Force AAS degrees: 1) Criminal Justice and 2) Education and Training Management
Here's what I'm working on completing by the end of May/beginning of June.
BS double major-Excelsior College
Criminal Justice (this part finished) and Psychology
double minor in Administrative/Management Studies and Education
BS double major-Colorado State U-Pueblo
Sociology (Criminology-major emphasis) and Social Science
Complete an undergrad certificate in Applied Criminology on 29 April
Starting an undergrad cert in Hate and Bias Crimes in April
Geographical Analysis Profiling course in May to become nationally certified
Completing AF Squadron Officer School (SOS) via distance learning for OTS
Looking at a graduate cert in Forensic Criminology from UMass-Lowell online
Fourth baby due in June. Someone please mail me some extra time you have around the house...lol

Today is the last day to register for the April 1st GRE Subject exams. They will not be offered again until Novemeber. I registered for the Psychology exam. If I score above the 80th percentile it will earn me 30 credits (12 lower and 18 upper). Not bad for a $130 investment. I have no Psychology background. I will be using/memorizing the Princeton Review Cracking the GRE Subject Exam - Psychology book, as well as the ETS book of Practice tests. Wish me luck!

I just took this test the other day and wanted to get some insight from some of you on it.
Has any one taken the CBT (Computer Based Test) version of this test? If so, what did you think of it and did you think you had enough time?
I just took the old paper verion (scan tron and everything), and found it to be pretty hard... mostly because I was taking my time and rereading almost all the passages and before I knew it, I was almost out of time. This is a FAST 90 minute test (80 questions). Ok, enough of that, I just wanted to get some insight from some of you who have also taken the test and see how you felt about it.
