i know that there were previous threads regarding this, but has anyone taken it / passed it?

I'm allotting myself a month or so to study this before I take this test, so just wondering if theres hope for me...

All I can say is Holy _#*^!!!. Instant Cert is a good foundation but falls short for this exam. Even the ECE practice exams which I scored 69 and 78 on a week prior to the exam..with much study afterwards was nothing compared to the exam, IMO were insufficient . I studied IC and the Practice exams til I knew them inside and out. Seems like the actual exam was taken to a whole new level. Now I'm hoping for a "C" so I won't have to kick in Word Population as a backup. It will be a long painful week until I get the results. Oh well, not much I can do about it now. At this point I cant even give good pointers my brain is fried.

Okay, I am trying to decide which one to take first. My mom wants me to take College Algebra this summer since I just finished Algbra II. On the other hand my cousins think I ought to take Principles of Management first to kind of get my feet wet and see what the testing center is like. Math has always been my "thing" and the course I took was one of the hardest ones available. I've looked through a practice College Algebra test and I only saw one or two questions that weren't covered in my Algebra course. What do y'all think I ought to do?:confused:

Is it possible to take a CLEP out of state, or does is it have to be done in the state where you live?

For all those that have taken the TECEP Business Policy exam, do you think you needed to finish all your business courses before taking this exam?

I was going to receive my Associates from Excelsior Next month, I just have to finish Principles of Management, which is no biggie. But, I already have close to 100 credits and with the new policy at Excelsior, I would have to take their Business Strategy course unless I switch right now to the bachelors progam. Being so close to a bachelors, my thinking is to go ahead and switch from the associates to the bacheolrs now and take the TECEP business policy exam before Sept. 1, 2008.

I have 5 CLEP/DANTES exams to take for elective credits towards my Bachelors. I have already decided on the exams I want to take based on my background in Business. My question is for anyone who has taken some of these exams. I am curious what the best order to take the exams is i.e. I know some of them are similar, and some "build" off each other.

Here is the order I plan to take the exams. Anyone who has taken a similar approach, please feel free to add input into the most logical order to take these.

1. Principles of Management (CLEP)
2. Principles of Supervision (DANTES)
3. Human Resource Management (DANTES)
4. Organizational Behavior (DANTES)
5. Intro to Business (DANTES)

Any input would be greatly appreciated...
