I think the COSC and Excelsior plans above were great! Just trying to give OP the most expedient degree possible from TESC so he knows his options.
BA, MA, EdS, MMT, etc.

What the OP could actually do is enroll in both an associates and bachelors program. He could earn the associates within the first semester by completing the 2yr capstone. While quickly taking the few tests needed for the program outlines by KayV. Then easily, within the same enrollment year, complete the bachelors degree (social sciences or criminal justice). By using a combination of testing, and/or Penn Foster/Straighterline couses, finishing out the year with the BA capstone and graduating. The programs would actually be quite affordable, at least in my opinion. The degrees would also be more tailored to career advancement instead of generalized. "Setting a goal is not the main thing. I just saw on the excelsior website that you enroll for free for undergraduate programs. Might have to use them

I had 2 options available, based on the minimum number of credits you propose to take as courses. One was like $350, the other was over $1000. Did they change that?

What is the exact plan? I still see the one with 6 exams?

I have the best idea! :p Just complete an AAS in Criminal Justice at TESC. It has no capstone. If you complete 4 TECEPs under the Per Credit Tuition Plan, you won't have to worry about an enrollment fee. Four TECEPs will cost $432. That is unbeatable. It looks like the AAS has specific course requirements, but those are just recommendations. When I do a what-if scenario on Online Student Services, I see that any CJ course will go in the area of study.
