Does anyone know where the CLEP12 credit Spanish will transfer to on a TESC evaluation?
Will it be seperated out? or can it be?
This is what I was hoping:
3 Credits Humanities
6 Credits General Education
3 Credits Electives
Any input would be appreciated.
THANKS

It is 12 credits if you get the score of 63 on the exam. That would be:
SPA-101
SPA-102
SPA-201
SPA-202
It will default to Humanities if you have room, then filter down like any other humanities course does. When you run out of space in a humanities it will by default split it down to general ed electives and if you have too many credits there it will split down to free electives, it all depends on your eval. My guess is you have room for what you mentioned, in that case it will fit in just like you said or it may bump other credits around to fit, either way it will work out and you get all 12 credits if you meet the passing score of 63 (50 is to get 6 credits).
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.

PERFECT!! That was the answer I was hoping for! Now I just need to pass the test and get all 12 credits. I'm scheduled for 9/11/12. First Clep too. I'll post results after.
Thanks again cooperalex2004
