has anyone taken the english 102 tecep test??? im thinking to try taking it this month instead of an actual class so it can count as an enrolled course and keep my tesu catalog year and be an enrolled student. any feedback would be helpful. if i dont pass it ill be looking at sophia for free unless i find a quicker way to take the class.

Yes - and it was easy. I passed w/o studying. Format sucks, but the test itself was easy enough.

did you need the bedford handbook?? im thinking to review with SDC and get it done. i held out hoping the university testing site opened but they are still closed so now im looking to take this and find an easy UL class on sdc unless i find a free one but so far no luck. i just wanna get done with these classes so i just have the tesu classes in fall to take.

I think I got the Hodges Harbrace Handbook from the library - or maybe used on Amazon for like $3.99.
If you want free, you should certainly look at Sophia; but it won't enroll you for another year like the TECEP will.

You can borrow it free at Archive.org's National Emergency Library right now.

I am scrambling to find an exam for English Comp 2. Daughter is doing Sophia for English Comp 2 but the timeline is soooo long due to each essay project needing to be submitted and graded "taking 12-14 business days" before submitting the next one. Looking hard at the TECEP as an option but already knee deep in the Sophia process but can bail at any moment. Just need the dang credit. Missing CLEP exam centers!
