How do I register for a TECEP exam as a non degree student? The TESU website is very confusing I cannot find any information

You apply as a non-matriculating student:

You can also apply as a regular student and just not work towards your degree.

It's great that you're asking questions and bumping this a second time, but what info are you missing? What error are you getting? You're providing a puzzle to us, but without all the puzzle pieces, we can't help you complete that puzzle. I would review the link provided to you earlier, however, I don't think that's your question...
Basically, I believe you're stuck at logging into the system and knowing where to click to get to the registration of the classes. Have you reviewed our posts, threads, and WIKI? Have you checked out that video on the WIKI about their new system and how to register? If not, you can review their webpage on that as well..
