so was looking through the wiki to make my plan over here https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/UM...quivalents
but i didn't see courses like french ( which i already speak and planning t as GEC) and anatomy courses and many more, does it mean that only the ones mentioned on the wiki are transferable and rest is not ? or is there another way to figure which course can transfer and which can not, also on all the guides i saw people mentions needing a lab course , i am going to do the baba do i need a science lab too ?

These plans are not all encompassing, but they are very good as a baseline:
GEC plan:

Which concentration on the BABA?
UMPI BABA Management & Leadership Degree Plan?
This page here is a nice one for that:
https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...er-to-umpi
There are others if you need it.
Finally, there is database on UMPI's website:
https://mainestreetcs.maine.edu/psp/CSPR..._GUEST.GBL
French, for example, is in the database for meeting the foreign language requirements.
Kepp asking questions. Im just a newb but the people here are great.

Yes, keep asking questions but you should do your due diligence as well, having said that... Here's a question for you, if everyone is telling you that you need a lab course for UMPI, did you verify that from looking at the WIKI plans? The answer is already there, people on this board spend their time volunteering, when asking questions, you want to make sure you do your own research first.
Essentially, if you've done your searches on the board, reviewed posts, threads, spreadsheets, WIKI, etc... You would know, you need a language and a lab for all degrees offered at UMPI at the Bachelors level. Voila, easy right? Just follow the degree plans, WIKI link for GEC and the degree of your choice, that's all there is to it... Link: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Category:UMPI

ok sorry my previous laziness ,but in the past day i pretty much read through everything from wiki to pined threads here, its seems from older posts the sohpia lab used to be recommended from here https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...E-APPLYING but in the wiki guides sophia labs don't seem to be recommended no more , only study.com from the wiki plan but i am wondering why is that and :
is the lab at umpi really that hard compared to the study.com one ? like should it be avoided if someone if planning you doing 2 sessions at umpi
how much courses can someone realistically knock out in 2 sessions at umpi ?
also i read on this thread https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...sophia+lab the levelUP mod mentioned that completing 60 graded credits at umpi increases can someone elaborate on that ? can i tag the levelUP mod or can i still reply on that old thread and they can still reply

Sophia labs are absolutely still recommended. We have people enrolling in them all the time on Discord.

And before you engage a moderator, you may want to ask yourself what you're trying to do, give a simple road map of what that educational journey is... For example, you want to get Pierpont BOG AAS, UMPI BAS with a triple minor, and the UMPI MAOL to finish the goal. Without knowing your 'goal', you'll have so many various answers towards what "the LevelUP mod" mentioned in the previous thread...
Every advice differs even slightly, at that situation and time, LevelUP provided 3 examples, there could have been many more options why people would do 30-60 or more credits at UMPI or transfer in the max credits to UMPI. Again, asking if it's feasible for someone to complete the degree in 2 sessions, I could do it, you may not, we do things differently, you have a very high chance though with effort and time management.

All 90? Not for BABA. Study.com or some other source is required for a few classes ( depends on concentration).
