I need advise on a 3 credit self paced distance learning (upper level) course in Economics or Psych to complete a depth for Excelsior.
I would also like to keep the cost under $600.

I found all of the ECE Psych courses that IC has study guides for quite passable using just the flash cards and some free on-line quizzes (please see specific exam feedback section for more details). I passed five of them for my depth with Excelsior and they will only cost you the price of the ECE exam + IC fees ($80-90). Good luck!

Basket Weaver & Okiemom,
Thanks for the suggestions.
I think I am going to take Educational Psychology through CSU-Pueblo.
I thought about taking an ECE but I am boycotting giving them anymore of my money (at least) until their is some resolution in regards to my portfolio submission.

updated 10/3/09- Have decided the fastest route is to take a Psych ECE -> Foundations of Gerontology. I would like to take the exam before the end of Oct.

Wise move, FOG is not too bad...check out my debrief of the test under specific exam feedback; several others have posted excellent info there as well.
