how do you get your full B.A through cleping?
#1
Hi, i was wondering how you can get your full b.a. through taking clep exams. Is excelsior the only college that accepts them? also is there a specific degree you need to be going for in order to do it this way? i know you cant move on to becoming a doctor through a b.a. in cleps but can you continue on to a masters program for other things other then going for education?

one last question, i am trying to find out information for the biology clep. i cant seem to find the specific exam feedback forum. im new to the site. does anyone know how to get to it?

thank you so much =)

Did you check out the degree forum Wiki? TESC Degree Plans - Degree Forum Wiki or Degree Forum Wiki

Are you a paying member of IC you have to sign up before you can get to Specific exam feedback.

You can no longer get a full BA without taking at least one class at the college. check the Wiki and it will explain more about the "Big 3"

There are three colleges that will get you very close to a fully test out degree; Thomas Edison State College, Charter Oak State College, and Excelsior. thomas Edison does have a couple programs left that you can fully test out of like their BSBA. All three are great choices and fully accredited.

And while it's certainly uncommon, I wouldn't say there is no way a degree from one of these will keep you out of Medical School. A Thomas Edison student made it into medical school with a TESC degree and some post Bacc work a few years back.....but there is more to it than a "test out" degree.

Some 3000 colleges across the country accept some clep towards various degree plans. CLEP come from the same company that brings you the AP exams and the SAT.

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this).  Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.
