please help
is history test very difficult, how is this test? multiple choise or fill-in? how long people usually spend time to study? i need 60 to get credit for history 1

It is all multiple choice. 60 is a high score, so double up on your exam prep materials. Use IC, but I loved REA's US History 1 book for that exam. Allow a few weeks of good study and you'll do great!

I saw that you asked elsewhere if this exam is multiple choice. I think all CLEPs are multiple-choice tests (a few also have an essay). I know that US History I and II were completely multiple choice.
This was my first exam; I studied for 6 weeks; I probably could have passed after 2 weeks of study.
Since my version of the test was computer-based, I assume that they have a pool of questions and can change the test for each test-taker. I don't know if that is true, though.
Since you need a higher score than many of us, consider spending more time studying.
(I only needed a 50 to pass and got a 77 after 6 weeks of study time.)

I concur. REA is excellent. Labor on that and IC and soon you'll be sailing through US History I.
