From what everyone has said, you would need Biology with a Lab. I don’t think Sophia’s has a lab

You need a science with a lab.
You need biology of some kind.
You need a physical science of some kind.
Your easiest options are:
Human Biology at Sophia and Chemistry 111L at Study.com
Environmental Science at Sophia and Biology 101L at Study.com
Chemistry at Sophia and Biology 101L at Study.com
If you have a different physical lab science already (for instance: Geology or Physics) then you would need Human Biology from Sophia.
If you have something like Anatomy & Physiology w/ lab, you would need Environmental Science or Chemistry from Sophia.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

Human Biology fills 3C
Environmental Science fills 3D
A lab science is required for 3E. Neither of those are a lab science.
They can't be used interchangeably.

Thank you. I already did Human Biology and am planning on doing Biology Lab through Study.com

You need 40 credits in the GEC so they may use Human Biology for 3C and Biology with Lab from Study.com for 3E. No loss. You may use some of what you learned in Human Biology in Biology with Lab. There's also a chemistry class with a lab available on Study.com if you prefer chem instead of bio.

I already finished Human Biology on Sophia months ago and am planning on completing the Study Lab course, I was wondering if I needed to do the Environmental Science as well.

Yes you need Environmental Science as well. Above I said which area of the GEC they fill. All GEC areas need to be filled.

I'm not sure why you have two subscriptions going, I would work on Sophia.org courses first, when you pause or finish your subscription, then move onto Study.com... If I was in your shoes, I would take the Environmental Science course as it can be used for a free elective and get you closer to 90 credits for transfer. Just make sure to do the Science with Lab at Study.com and also a language course to transfer to UMPI.

Sorry for the lack of clarification, right now I am only on Sophia, I plan on doing Biology with Lab on Study after I am doing with my month with Sophia. I may have a ton of Study.com electives so I was wondering if I really needed Environmental Science but I will take it nonetheless.
