So when I look at the TESC equivalencies link I believe the following DSST transfer in as Social Science credits:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?k...erpage=250 General Anthropology Money and Banking Human/Cultural Geography Western Europe since 1945 The civil War and Reconstruction An introduction to the modern Middle East A History of the Vietnam War Rise and Fall of the Soviet Union Lifespan Development Psychology Organizational Behavior Substance Abuse Unfortunately I have only taken two of these classes, Money and Banking which was pretty hard and Organizational Behavior, which I hear without previous business courses can be a little hard. Sorry I can't help more. Have you looked at the "dsst difficulty list" at free-clep-prep.com? DSST Difficulty List - Free-Clep-Prep.com

Vietnam War is very doable using just IC. Civil War is also straightforward and not too hard. My feedback for those is here.

Substance Abuse was pretty easy. I spent about a week studying the textbook and several years of hands on in my youth.

Which school are you attending? At TESC, criminal justice is counted as a social science even though it's listed under human services.

I just took Substance Abuse on the 8th and I felt it was quite straight forward and easy. Very similar to the Here's to your Health DSST but focused more on drugs and your body's reaction to them. Nothing too obscure just the biggies like cocaine, nicotine, alcohol and Heroin, etc. There is a study guide in the exam specific forum that is labeled the 2-1 study guide and that was all I studied and I passed with only about a day and a half of studying.
If criminal justice counts as a social science at your school then I would take that, it's quite easy and straight forward as well and all about the basics of the criminal justice system. If you like law and police TV shows you will have picked up a ton of the knowledge already for the exam, I passed that one with only 2-3 days of studying.

The question is which will serve you better long-term, the easier one or the more useful one?
