Where to get a fourth UL History course?

I took this Uexcel in 2016 and it came into TESU as HIS399.

There is a lot of material covered on the exam.

Has anyone taken this after using Study.com's resources and done well? Do those study guides typically help out a lot?

I literally just read the books listed on the content guide and took the practice tests. Also, the packet of articles provided by Excelsior were particularly relevant to the exam questions. I'd highly encourage reading at least those. Once you register you supposedly have access to the free tutoring service in myexcelsior, but I'm not sure how good that is.

iirc, the Uexcel test World Conflicts since 1900 is UL.

My limited experience with Study.com preparing you for Uexcel tests is that the Study.com guide is insufficient. I took a business-related Uexcel and about 20% of the questions on the exam were not in Study.com's version. If you check around the forums here, that seems to be a common complaint; apparently Uexcel updates their tests more often than Study.com updates their version and so differences develop.

I would suggest you get the practice test offered by Excelsior itself if I were you. As someone else here said, the test covers alot of ground but if you're already pretty familiar with the Cold War, WW1 and WW2, you basically just have to get caught up on the India-Pakistan wars and the War on Terror. If you're not familiar with any of those things you have alot of reading to do

I'm finishing up a TESU BA in History right now and I may end up taking this one myself, although I haven't decided yet. If I do, I will let you know how it goes.

I took this course in April 2017 and it came in at HIS-399 then as well. The study.com course for this test is embarrassingly inadequate and put me in a pretty bad spot when preparing to take the exam. I ended up buying the three books listed in the Uexcel study guide and reading each of them. I was able to pass with an A based on the content included in those books.
