It looks like you have all requirements met, including at least 60 credits. I'd send everything in and request graduation immediately.

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming

I appreciate the response.
After reading another post, I'm unsure if I have enough for communications. Do you think what I have will be enough for the associates BOG? I've got Visual Communications from Sophia. I'm unsure if anything else I have will apply as I don't have any Eng-1 or Eng-2, seeing as I was going to leave those for UMPI.

You only need 3 credits in English/Communications for the Pierpont BOG AAS. You're good. If you're really concerned, you could take Workplace Communications and/or Foundations of English Comp from Sophia. Neither will be super useful for UMPI, but will count as Communications/English for Pierpont.

Very much appreciate your help and clarification. One last question, if you have any idea, Is a parent administered highschool/homeschool diploma accepted? I received one via a parent years ago, I'm located out of Texas if that helps, from a place like this: https://www.homeschooldiploma.com/

Technically, the HS diploma should be fine. Pierpont doesn't even require a HS diploma from some students who are of a sufficient age.
Practically, however, you may run into some issues. You shouldn't have problems, and I'm sure thatdfrecore would say that a homeschooling diploma is perfectly valid, but sometimes you might run into people who don't understand this. If you do run into any problems, I would certainly try to get it accepted first but also be ready to just take a GED exam. Again, you shouldn't have to. But be ready for that possibility just in case.

Just so it is very clear: Pierpont 100% accepts Sophia - Visual Comm for Communications. They just accepted mine a week ago. Graduation is not until May, but turn in your info asap because although it worked out I had to resend in my transcripts multiple times over the course of a month before they finally received them.
Completed:
UMPI: BA Criminal Justice
Pierpont: AAS BOG w/ Emphasis in Information Systems
Sophia: 24 Courses - The CSM Course - ASU: CIS 194 Business Technology Fundamentals
Coursera: Google IT, Google Data Analytics, Google Digital Marketing, IBM Cybersecurity Analyst

What would be the best way to send them, if you don't mind? I've got all mine from Sophia except for one from Clackamas community college. Any recommendations(Parchment)? Also, where do I submit them? I've seen others seem to have issues submitting transcripts to the wrong degree program. Thanks for the 100% confirmation on the visual communications credit.

First you'll have to apply for the spring semester if you haven't already. Send an email to Nancy Parks nparks@pierpont.edu and let her know you applied and that you're sending in your transcripts for the BOG degree. You'll then send your sophia credits through credly using the email esprocessing@pierpont.edu. Ask Nancy how to proceed with your CC credit if you're unsure, but the school needs official transcripts even if that means snail mail from the school.
