What programming language do you know and how do you plan to prove it? The TESC BSBA should have statistics so that covers that requirement, as well as the English proficiency.

The TESU BSBA would be accepted as part of the requirements, however the certificates you mentioned do not seem relevant to the admission requirements. In addition to the TESU BSBA, you need:
Quote:As an accredited University, UoPeople has requirements for all potential applicants, to help maintain a strong, intellectual student body. To meet admission requirements, applicants need to be 18 years old or older and be able to demonstrate a bachelor’s degree completion from an accredited institution. In addition, applicants need to have:
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language
- Documented successful coursework in college-level Calculus, Linear Algebra, or Statistics. Please note: Applicants will need to provide transcripts from any one of these courses completed at the college level.
- Proficiency in English

Thanks everyone. In this case, I'll need to take a Python course. I guess Saylor.org or Sttaighterline Python course should fulfill the Programming requirement since they are ACE recommended?

So it just says working knowledge of at least one programming language. I don't think it would have to be a specific college or ACE course. If you've already been programming, they may accept a GitHub account with your own projects or they may accept a cert like PCAP from the Python Institute or Google IT Automation with Python.

I know teaching at UoPeople is generally considered to be a relatively minor position, as far as teaching positions go, but congratulations anyway!

That's a matter of perspective. As a former refugee myself, knowing the population I'll be serving is actually the hugest honor I can think of, so I'm very, very proud of this very real opportunity to serve. It'll also enable me to help anyone having issues on the forum, so more degrees for all! Yay!

Congratulations! That's awesome! Will this be your first teaching position? It's wonderful that you are able to give back. Good luck!

What will you be teaching? I tried a class or two with them, but the timing wasn’t right for me.
