So I'm running through my GEC courses on Study.com, and though the Maine transfer portal search shows that each of these courses covers 3C, 3D, and 3E, I want to make sure of something.
If I complete Intro to Meteorology, Anatomy & Physiology, and Microbiology, does that cover ALL I need to do for the science section of GEC? Or is there a mandatory Lab course (Like Biology 101L w/Lab or whatever) that needs to be completed as well?

3C is a life science, such as biology, anatomy and physiology, or microbiology.
3D is a physical science, such as physics, chemistry, geology, or meteorology.
3E is a science course with a lab component connected to the course, either in one course such as “Chemistry with Lab” or in two courses such as “Chemistry” and “Chemistry Lab.” Generally a 1-semester course like “Chemistry Lab” would not fulfill 3E if it is not accompanied by a fuller course. Based on UMPI’s GECs and Study’s UMPI transfer page, I expect
- Biology 101L: Intro to Biology with Lab would fulfill 3C and 3E or
- Biology 107L: Clinical Microbiology w/ Lab would fulfill 3C and 3E or (but this is a different course from “Microbiology,” and “Microbiology” does not include a lab)
- Chemistry 111L: Chemistry I with Lab would fulfill 3D and 3E
Study lab courses have fees payable for Labster virtual labs in addition to what you pay Study. For example, the Labster fee for Intro to Biology with Lab is currently $75.67. StraighterLine lab courses also have lab fees. Sophia lab courses use virtual labs included in the course with no additional fee, I believe.

The Anatomy & Physiology - 3 Credits, Biology Elective 1XX, according to the Maine Street transfer equivalencies page, does show it qualifying for 3E. Does that NOT cover it?
How does the lab course work at Study.com? I sign up for the one in question, do the regular videos, quizzes, chapter tests and final exam and then.. Labster sends me some login for something else based on signing up on SDC?

Biology 105: Anatomy & Physiology doesn’t contain a lab, so it can’t plausibly fulfill the lab requirement. MaineStreet occasionally has a glitch like this.
Study.com does offer two different courses in anatomy and physiology which do have labs and credit recommendations, Biology 201L: Anatomy & Physiology I with Lab and Biology 201L: Anatomy & Physiology I with Lab. These don’t appear on Study’s UMPI transfer page, suggesting UMPI might not accept them. If you’re interested in using one, confirm with UMPI whether it’s accepted for 3E (and 3C).

Yes, afterwards or concurrently.
