I think you mean there are degrees that are not offered through YourPace. That's because they can only offer degrees that can be completed entirely through the YP platform. However, any degree can be completed through YourPace if you meet the requirements. For example, many students, including me, have completed the BAS. How you meet those requirements is the question. There are different modalities for different courses, so you may go attend in person and pay the in-person tuition, or you may attend an online synchronous course that is also in-person, if they offer it, or you can transfer courses from other schools, etc., etc.

Yes, other students have reported that they have completed the 30-credit residency requirement (not RA - RA stands for regionally accredited) at UMPI through YP to finish their first degree and then transferred all the courses for a second degree, re-enrolling and paying for another YP session, but not taking any more UMPI courses. This would appear to allow a broader range of degrees because students were previously required to complete some of the major courses at UMPI, the vast majority of which are not offered through YP.
Do you have a specific goal in mind? Which courses are you planning to transfer? I’m already enrolled in Accounting for Spring 2. With all my transfer credits Inmay be able to get a BA in Project Management done in the same semester. That leaves me with a semester off before I can start the MAOL. So, I was just thinking about doing some more Study.com courses. That or pick up another degree. Just unsure what my options are. Some of their programs are solely in person, so if I could transfer in the required credits for that degree from Saylor/Study and complete the degree my options would be more broad.

At the very least, you're going to have to pay for 1 extra session at UMPI for the second bachelors, even if you transfer the credits required for the major. As the major would have at least one class that can't be transferred by ACE alternative credit providers, they'll most likely have more, plus you can use the session to take the 3-4 classes that are required for the MAOL, thus lessen the overall load for the MAOL and hopefully, you'll be able to complete the MAOL in 1 session!

Are degrees that are generally only In Person available to me via this method as well?

You would need to confirm this plan with UMPI. No one here can say that this would work.

No, only the BAS in person/blended program, is available as a first degree. They're going to move that to YourPace, in addition to being online/in-person as well since we were able to ladder those classes using alternative credit options and because it's the most flexible degree they offer (very similar to the BLS where you can transfer in the max of 90 and have 60 elective credits).
You really need to provide details when you're asking these questions, we don't know your city/state you reside in, what classes you have that can go into the major/minor, which second degree you're going for. Unless you're in the state, and live very close to UMPI, your plan won't work, the in-person programs are butt-in-seat, there are no workarounds. See below for possible options...

+1, I agree with this, UMPI staff will know for sure. Having said that, we were able to find out that BAS was a degree ladder opportunity. If I had to hazard a guess, if all the classes available for their programs are online, and the student is willing to pay the tuition prices, there are some programs that are blended/in-person with an online option, can be done this way. It'll be slower, more expensive though...
From their Blended options, probably the Film Studies, Human Services Minors.
Blended https://www.umpi.edu/academics/?_sft_aca...dy=blended
From their Online options, 3+3 Law, Art, Maine Engineering Pathway.

Do you have a specific goal in mind? Which courses are you planning to transfer? I've transferred over 124 credits so far. I am working on completing half of my Account reqs via Study.com I have 2/5 done and finance elective. By the time I'm finished with Study.com I will only require 5 more Accounting classes. I'm transferring Intermediate Financial Accounting 1, Intermediate Accounting 2, Applied Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Advanced Financial Accounting 2, Corporate Finance(I started this when I was planning on going to Excelsior so it was part of the core now its an elective). But, because I will have a large portion done, I need to fill that in with 5 courses. So, I may decide to do an AA in Criminal Justice, or a BABA Project Management. But I would like to now which courses are required for the MAOL as it is on my list. Maybe I can graduate with a double major and some credits toward the MAOL if I continue on at this pace.
Also, walk me through the process of earning the BAS online. I am interested.

It's great to ask questions as a starting point, but you've got to also give a full picture of your scenario. As a recommendation, review posts, threads, wiki as the info you're looking for should be there. Basically, the Beginner's Guide, WIKI, forum posts/threads, will get you to that goal. Note: You can only do the BAS/BLS as a first degree, the BACJ or BBA PM can be the second degree.

Answer: Unless you have an AAS with 40+ technical credits, your alternative is the BLS.

I'm not interested in Liberal Studies to be honest. I'm lookign to get into a STEM field after my acounting degree. Accounting is for sure what I'm doing first. I like it alot, its math and thats my thing. But science and space is another thing I'm extrmely interested in. So, if I could get a basic science degree and then focus on a field with a masters that would be great.
For now I believe I'll probably double major my first degree and then see what I can do with the BAS. I have to take a semester off between by Accounting degree and the MAOL so I'm looking to fill that void with something.

The UMPI BAS is not available if you have any prior UMPI bachelor's, and is only available if you have an AAS and at least 40 credits in areas UMPI defines as technical.
