Well I received an e-mail letting me know why my purchase error'd out, they don't ship overseas or to PO boxes. whomp whomp.

I'm in Canada and they are willing to send it to me, though they will have to calculate special shipping. Not sure if they would be willing to do the same for you, but it's worth calling or e-mailing to ask.

UMPI has a special program for Canadian students so I'm not surprised they will ship to Canada. They have quite a few Canadian students.
I would call or email the bookstore and ask for the supervisor. Then ask about shipping internationally. Can't hurt to ask!

Depending on where you live and how badly you want the merch, you could use an American remailing service. It can be a hassle to get set up, but some of the addresses that are available look like apartments and shouldn't raise any red flags at UMPI.
