Here's the problem......Sodexo took over the Campus Store. This new website is not the same as when I ordered last year. I would call and ask to place an order over the phone or by email and keep track of what they're charging. The new website is awful! My order last year shipped in 1 day and I had it in less than a week. Just reached out to order a frame, they are really nice, though pricey. It took several calls to get put through to the right person and there was nothing online at all. It sounds like there have been quite a few changes on how they handle these orders. I ended up being contacted with Flossie, a lady from Sodexo, and she's been terrific so far. If you are searching to order one, her name in the e-mail system is Florence.

Yes, the campus store isn't the campus store anymore. It was run by UMPI when I graduated in 2021 and ordered my frame. That all changed last summer. It's a lovely frame. I haven't seen any specific college that were on the cheap side. I think part of what we pay for is the licensing of the college and the us of their emblem.

Yeah, I saw the price and thought to myself...I'll just pick something up locally...then she sent me a picture of it and my mind immediately changed. I'm not usually a sucker for "brand name", but I saw their frame and simply needed to have it. It just feels like the right way to display the culmination of all that hard work.

I ordered some swag from the store last week. When I pressed order it error'd out, but they took the money from my account. We shall see if it get's shipped. When I looked they were out of most normal sizes, ie L and Xl.

Just an fyi, I called because I wanted to buy a frame. It seems that they are currently out of stock but expected to be in stock and added to the website within 2 weeks.

Not 100% sure if we are talking about the same thing, but Flossie just e-mailed me three hours ago saying that the diploma frames are in.
