I have two questions about the UEXCEL exams.
1. Can you schedule them for anytime or do they need to scheduled during the academic semester window for a specific semester?
2. Are the final grades used to calculate your GPA at excelsior?
3. If so, if you haven’t enrolled yet are they still included in your gpa?
Thanks!

I'm not certain but when I looked into UExcel, you just had to schedule them through a test center (I think Pearson VUE?) and it just had to be when the test center was open, not during any particular semester window.
Maybe someone that has taken an exam can confirm that though.
Unfortunately I don't know the answer to the other two questions. I think they are given a grade towards your GPA, but again, maybe someone that's taken one can confirm.

You register and pay for the test first thro Excelsior website, and then you create a profile on Pearson vue website. I have a question reg the price. On excelsior’s wensite, it shows as $ 110 for some exams. On Pearson vue’s site, there is some mention of a policy change from July 2018. Exams cost 63-73 $ (outside of the Americas), depending on whether they are 2 or 3 hours long. Is it 63-73 $ in addition to the 110 we pay Excelsior?

Yes - that's Pearson VUE's test center fee. $63 if it's a 2-hr exam, $73 if it's a 3-hr one.
