I sent in two to be safe. One from my CEO and another from a VP at my company. I know someone who used one from their boss and one from a professor. I believe ss20ts used one from a professor.
If there's a professor you talked with, ask them.

I would complete the application process and apply with your current grades as you've got mainly A's to bump up the cumulative GPA. UMPI isn't as competitive or semi-competitive as most schools, if in the odd chance you don't make it into the MAOL, you can always go forward with WGU MSML as your back up or the HAU MBA if they still offer the $3K MBA, or whatever you feel would be a suitable backup option.
So it sounds like my biggest hurdle will be finding an adequate source to write my grad LOR. Do you think a professor in the undergrad program would suffice or do you think they want to see previous managers? I’d like to ask Carl Michaud I’ve really enjoyed his classes but never established a personal rapport. None of my managers stem from academia but they’ve held high ranking enlisted positions in the military. TIA!
Professor Michaud was my favorite as well, likely because I took 4 or 5 classes through him during the course of my SCM degree. I'm looking at graduate programs myself right now and have considered going back to ask Professor Michaud for a LOR. I also particularly enjoyed the 1 class I had with Professor Eric Good as his feedback was tremendously helpful.
