So the BSBA BUS 421 capstone is going to be my first class at TESU. I will do SOS 110 after. In regards to course workload, interaction with the professor/mentor what are the differences between online and guided study? I read somewhere that there are no discussion boards, but more writing. Those in the know, kindly share.

Is there any option for more assignment writing/exam? Instead of forum posts.

The % of everything is a little different. I computed my grade both ways, and I think the difference was only .08%, so it wouldn't have made much of a difference for me.
I think I probably wrote more for the discussion assignments rather than online posts - but I only had 5 of them, while I think there are 10+ posts, so maybe it works out to be the same.

I went with the OL version (with more forum posts) vs the GS version because those extra posts meant the final report was weighted a bit less toward the overall grade. I wanted to hedge my bets in case I didn't do so well on the final paper. It turns out that it didn't matter since I ended up with a 100% on my final paper, but it was nice to be less stressed over it. Plus, those extra posts were super easy and were basically free points.
In both versions they require the same number of case studies, and the assignments are the same, so it doesn't really matter all that much.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23

Thanks Merlin!!
I will do the online as well. I already have the class in my "shopping cart" just waiting for monday to talk to someone at TESU regarding financial aid and the study.com student discount.
