TESU no longer accepting SDC Cybersecurity

Hubby applied for March graduation, paid non-resident fee and is awaiting his audit for BSBA and BS Technical Studies. He finished SDC:
 Computer Science 331: Cybersecurity Risk Analysis Management in Dec 2019.

The email received this morning from TESU stated:

"It has been decided by Thomas Edison State University that we are not accepting Cybersecurity courses from study.com. I identified that you had one of these courses on your record and it has been removed. However, it was not being used toward your degree credits as it isn’t needed so it did not affect your evaluation. Before taking additional study.com courses in the computer/cybersecurity area, please check with Thomas Edison State University academic advisors to make sure it will be appropriate. We are pleased to see you are so close to earning your degree and wish you well in finishing. Please let me know if you have any questions."

The course was IN FACT being used to satisfy his UL requirement for his Tech Studies degree. He has emailed back and is awaiting a response. Any insight or thoughts? Super frustrated- as this may keep him from earning the Tech Studies degree. I'm not sure where else or what else he can do to satisfy the 1 UL credit he is short in his AOS.

Here's a screenshot of what he's got now. Is there a Davar or Coopersmith or ?? UL option for a Computer Science course? I'm thinking he can quickly get that done.

I have it on my evaluation under electives and inside the AOS of my ASNSM CS.  This is the last correspondence about that course that I have which was May of 2019.

CYB-421: Cybersecurity Risk Analysis/Mgmt -- Teex 1 UL sh
CYB-231: Digital Forensics -- Teex 1 LL sh
CYB-220: Defensive Security -- Teex 1 LL sh

I'd appeal it (the SDC Cybersecurity not being accepted) - and if it comes back denied I'd ask for the date when the agreement with SDC ended.  The latest Study.com (SDC) page shows it does come in as UL and is actually on the latest TESU agreement page https://study.com/college/school/thomas-...rsity.html - it would be different if it wasn't on the agreement list and just a Study.com course you took randomly (SDC didn't add it to their published equivalency  list on a whim)

These may be other options (but again I'd ask if the appeal falls through as they are on the same agreement list)

Also, TESU considers SDC Business 309: Digital Marketing & Advertising / TESU MAR-441 Marketing with Digital and Social Media as UL for the BSBA-CIS so maybe it could work too

Too bad their wasn't something that would fit as an UL Automotive that was known and he could complete (is there?)

I was looking at the transfer link. I noticed on SDC transfer list that the sdc 331 courses transfers as CYB 421 at TESU, but that he already has CYB 421 (1 credit version from teex transfer). I don't know if that is what tesu was trying to say in the email about the specific course not being accepted, or something with that can be part of the appeal. remove the teex 1 credit if the 3 credit sdc can happen? Or maybe they changed their minds altogether and that's a bad idea to ask.
