How does one go about opening a ticket? Just write to the academic advisor? TESU needs to be a little cooperative in these matters, and cut through unnecessary bureaucracy. We are all working very hard to meet the 100 credits requirement and register for the Capstone. This is within our means. But applying the credits to our degree is out of our reach.

You can also go directly to the Helpdesk and open a ticket from there too. You can navigate to it from the MyEdison portal, or use the direct link, which is: http://tesu.microsoftcrmportals.com/
FYI using the Helpdesk rather than just sending an email to advising is usually preferred since you will most likely get a faster response. When you send an email to the advising address it goes into a general ticket queue which has to be read and then redirected to someone else; using the Helpdesk you can specify which team or department should service the ticket and eliminate any delays.

I spoke with an academic adviser today and was told that it's typically 29 days for TESU to evaluate transcripts, and that I basically just need to wait. I know for a fact that some of my previous transcripts were evaluated and added to my degree plan within a week. I've emailed the registrar and asked that my academic evaluation be expedited so I can register for the March Capstone. I'm going to try and follow up daily with additional calls / emails. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, right?
I've ordered the textbook and have my fingers crossed, but with only a week and a half left to register, I'll be surprised if it works out.

I think they have just decided they are going to delay processing your transcript, and are coming up with explanations for it. Four of my transcripts were processed in less than 2 weeks. It is just a general disclaimer that they can take upto 30 days. Doesn’t have to be that way. They are doing the same to me this time.

I suppose the fact that this is graduation month, is contributing to the delays. They must be having to evaluate so many transcripts to certify if people have satisfied all the requirements for their degrees.

I reached out to TESU by phone again today, basically just politely following up on my request for an expedited academic evaluation, and within a few hours it was complete!
Now I'm just waiting on them to unlock the Capstone for me. Seating is definitely limited, so I'm hoping for a quick response.

I got an email this morning stating my evaluation has been completed. I logged in and NOTHING has been changed. While I am not super computer savvy- I hit the Command R to refresh the page. Still the same. : 
15 minutes until the expressline closed, I decided to call in and figure this out. The gal I spoke with said that my eval is complete and that I need to talk to an advisor to go over why my courses weren't accepted. She tried to schedule a phone appt with advising for next week. I declined obviously. I emailed advising and got a response from the lady that I always seem to get a response from, stating I needed to take this up with the registrar. **ughhh** So, I sent an email to the registrar dept asking for clarification. I have 11 'pre-approved' courses on that transcript that need evaluating. I suppose I won't hear anything until next week now. What a friggin' circus!

I managed to complete 3 Saylor courses this week, and have exactly 100 credits now. I wrote to Saylor and ACE to expedite the process of adding my credits and generating the transcript. They acted very fast, and yesterday, I managed to send a transcript to TESU by 11:30 am. I even wrote to my advisor asking him to expedite the process. He writes back saying that I don’t need to worry as the April Capstone registrations are open till March 16th, and my transcripts will naturally get processed by then. How do I make him aware that I have a particular mentor in mind, and I wouldn’t want to miss being in her class?
