The syllabus says "Note: You are permitted to use a calculator (scientific, graphing, or financial) but may not use a calculator on a phone, PDA, or any similar device." All of them essentially say that. Have you taken a math UL and were able to use a CAS calculator? I imagine this impacts the amount of work people need to put in practicing vs focusing on the concept.
