If you were to complete a certificate like this: https://business.ohio.edu/academics/cert...-business/ you could probably get the TESU International Business degree. No guarantees and it would not be cheap.
Their tuition rates are difficult to decipher, especially for their certificates, but 5 classes at 3 credits each (15 credits) at eCampus rates looks like it would be $3645. 15 on-campus credits in one semester (for out of state residents) would be $10,010. https://www.ohio.edu/bursar/undergraduate-tuition It would be far easier to choose an online degree option.

This is not one of the concentrations that's cheap, so it's probably not worth doing.

Any help in any direction would be much appreciated. Looking at the TESU website, I see two online options that I believe would fit into where I want to go with a degree. Either the BS for Organizational Leadership or the BS for General Management. It seems that getting the Organizational Leadership degree allows for a more straightforward transition into their Master's program if I decided to go that route. Do I understand this correctly from the school's website? Below are the credits I will be transferring in. Could you please assist in a course path and where I can find classes online for those courses? Or would all classes need to be taken through TESU online? Credits I have from a previous University & Community College: MAN-311 Organizational Behavior - 3.00 MAT-119 Quantitative Business Analysis - 3.00 AST-101 Introductory Astronomy - 4.00 ECO-112 Microeconomics - 3.00 HIS-357 World War II - 3.00 ECO-111 Macroeconomics - 3.00 POS-110 American Government - 3.00 BUS-101 Introduction to Business - 3.00 MAT-121 College Algebra - 3.00 POS-212 Federal & State Government - 3.00 CIS-107 Computer Concepts and Appl - 4.00 ENC-102 English Composition II - 3.00 HIS-113 American History I - 3.00 PEA-199 Special Topics in Physical Ed - 1.00 COM-108 Fundamentals of Speech - 3.00 ENC-101 English Composition I - 3.00 HIS-114 American History II - 3.00 PSY-101 Introduction to Psychology - 3.00 PEA-199 Special Topics in Physical Ed - 1.00 ART-100 A World of Art - 3.00

Organizational Leadership, IIRC, has a bunch of courses that can only be taken at TESU. BSBA GM can be gotten through alternate means easily enough.
There's a basic outline here: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...ts_Roadmap You can ignore the bit about the RA credits because you already have enough of them from the CC.

I would review a few threads by searching, in regards to the International Business or the BSOL and the BSBA GM options. See this post: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid325655 I actually have a question for you, do you have a budget? How about tuition reimbursement? Are you thinking of paying the residency waiver fee or taking some courses?

Are you thinking of paying the residency waiver fee or taking some courses? My budget is about $200 a month. Anything not used of that $500 will be used towards saving for a residency waiver. I would like to be as cost effective as possible. If courses are taken online through TESU is the residency waiver fee not applied? I have tuition reimbursement through work, but I don't remember if it is 100% reimbursement or not. It's something I will need to look into. Edit: typo on amount a month

With so many changes over the years, have you decided to continue with TESU? Have you looked at other schools out of the Big 3? How about Competency Based Degree providers such as UMPI, Walden, WGU? Have you enrolled or kept your enrollment at TESU? Are you still active in their system? Have you taken any courses or TECEP exams at TESU? If you have, then you keep your catalog year. If you have not, then you will be moved onto the new catalog year and will be subject to changes - the cornerstone, etc. The costs of education has gone up, but there are still ways to try to keep the costs to a minimum... I would work on the 3 items below and update the thread once you're done.
Another question, which state are you in? Texas still? As long as you're not in the state of confusion and you have people here helping you, you'll do fine... If you know the amount you have for tuition assistance, that would be great - If you take 16 credits at TESU, you skip the residency waiver fee. It'll be best if you can do 10+ credits in one term and then 6 credits on the next term to finish off those credits, or just pay the residency waiver fee. You also seem a bit "stuck at 60 credits" and not moving forward since your last thread. Did you read my Beginner's Guide yet, it was referenced in that thread? You may want to view the wiki version of it instead, review my signature and Wiki links below... This is what I suggest you do though, you have roughly 60 credits, if you don't already have an Associates, go for the Pierpont BOG AAS. Here are updated wiki links courtesy of a fellow member - Rachel83Az, you should get the Pierpont BOG AAS as it's FREE. So #1, follow these instructions here: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Pierpont_C&TC 2) View the Sophia.org website and complete |ALL| the courses that do not duplicate the ones you have taken already: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/So...lency_List 3) Complete the CSM Learn course, it may duplicate your math courses, there's a reason to this https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/CSM_Learn

The BSOL is also not an inexpensive test-out degree.
My advice is the BSBA, with concentrations in either: CIS, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or HR/OM. Those can all be done inexpensively. Another option is a competency-based school, they have lots of BSBA's that can be inexpensive if you go quickly. Your cheapest option in Covid times (so not doing CLEP/DSST) is Sophia for your GE's and a few business courses, and then Study.com or Davar for your UL courses. Sophia: Sociology (Diversity Requirement) Intro to Ethics (requirement) Intro to Statistics (requirement) 3 more non-duplicating GE's Business Core Accounting (Financial Acct req) Business Law Principles of Finance Microeconomics AOS (can be used for CIS, HR, GM) Project Management Study.com ACC 102: Intro to Managerial Accounting BUS 101: Principles of Management BUS 102: Principles of Marketing BUS 120: International Business BUS 113: Business Communication 5 additional AoS courses, at least 3 of which are UL - your UL Org Behavior course will work in GM or HR ------------------------------------------ Then, I would never, under any circumstances, recommend a MA at TESU - WAY, way, way too expensive. $24k at a no-name school - no thank you. You're much better off almost anywhere. You could spend $24k at somewhere local or a bigger name for more bang for your buck. Or better yet, for that type of degree, go somewhere cheap.
