TESU HR Mang. Cert ....help

Hey guys we were looking at the cert. for HR at TESU to add on to a BA for a job opportunity. We found approved classes at SDC but there are 2 we werent sure of and one we cant find an equivalent for... anyone have some input on what we came up with???

• Human Resource Management Would SDC BUS 106 or 306 work???

• Change Management Would SDC BUS 304 work??

• Organizational Behavior--SDC- BUS 107

• Advanced Organizational Management CANT FIND A CLASS..... Anyone know of any?? suggestions???

• Organizational Theory--SDC- BUS 323

• Industrial Psychology-- SDC--PSY 301

Change management the sdc course will not work. You must take change management at TESU. I asked about sdc they said no. The certificate is very picky about the courses. Unless you want to take courses at TESU you might to have forgo it.

You can't test out of the Cert in HRM (or Gen Mgmt), but you can test out of the Cert in Org Leadership. That ones requires Leading Organization Change, which Study.com offers.

i was looking at the cert classes on sdc and i cant find MAN 311 Organizational Behavior i found organizational behavior bus 107 at sdc and its man 211 at tesu. i can find the man 311 equivalent... any ideas? am i missing something on sdc? i thought you could do it all at sdc since its listed on the sdc site under tesu degrees/certs. 
i also saw the hcm cert. either all the classes are on sdc or its missing one the comparative hcs class at tesu idk if helath 307 is the equivalent from sdc. ???

Business 307 Leadership and Organizational Behavior is TESUs MAN 312 Advanced Organizational Behavior.

Human Resource Management is a DSST or UExcel exam. UExcel testing centers might open up earlier than DSST centers. Call if you have one of either of those centers close enough to you. 

I'm planning on taking Change Management course through TESU, since I will be close enough to the 16 credits to avoid the residency waiver fee.
