I was thinking that the BALS with either GM or HR concentration will be a little easier than BSBA due to less Math requirement (already have Int. Algebra). At the same time it seems little better than a BALS without any Concentration. I could possibly do Change Management through TESU if no alternate is available (could utilize tuition reimbursement). I currently have a total of 56 credits. Just looking at different options.
If you do want to stick with the BALS there are concentrations that can be completed through the alternative method; such as Humanities https://www.tesu.edu/heavin/ba/humanities1 and Social Sciences https://www.tesu.edu/heavin/ba/social-sciences1 - There may be others as well, I just see those two as the most commonly discussed here. If you're going no concentration, you may want to consider COSC if cost is primary factor for you; they are currently the lowest cost for such a degree.
