TESC Is No Longer Accepting Community College Credits As Upper Level?? (Need advice)

My most recent transcripts were accepted on February 25th this year when I enrolled. The following courses were transcribed:

I am applying for Grad. by Oct 1 ( for December) so I am assuming this will hold.

*note, I looked and my academic eval for a BSB shows the 2012-2013 catalog on it. However when I choose a different major, the only difference is that the responsibility classes are added.
