Can I use them as an all in one transcript? The reason why I ask is because I have some international transcripts and not all colleges accept transcribed transcripts from the same institutions.
Example excelsior only accept from ECE while others only take WES.
it costs about $160 per company and more if you are in a rush.
Consolidating would save me money and ACE is accepted in more places.

Hi, welcome to DegreeForum. I assume you are asking to know whether you can use ACE transcript to transcribe your international credits ( that is, courses taken outside the US) and have them sent to most US institutions that accept ACE transcript... If this is your question, I am afraid the answer is no. This is how ACE works. ACE reviews and recommends certain college (and non college) courses for academic credits and some universities have agreed to honor (award credits) to those who possess ACE transcripts listing courses taken at any ACE recommended institution. I should quickly add that, the fact that ACE recommends a particular course does not mean any institution is obliged to award you credit for it. Even those who accept ACE transcript may not award credits for all of the courses listed on your ACE transcript. Award of credits and the number of credits to be awarded are solely at the discretion of the receiving institution.
So, now to your question. If you, like me, are an international student, I will advise that you contact the school of your choice (to which you intend to transfer) and find out their policies towards transfer of credits from international students. This will give you a good idea of where to start and what to do. Thomas Edison State College (TESC)- for example- accepts credit evaluation from some NACES member institution and this include ECE, WES, AACRAO, and EP. I understand Excelsior accepts ECE but they may be able to accept from WES if you discuss this with them before enrolling. You have to find out about this from them as I just assumed they should be able to accept other NACES member evaluations if you discussed with them beforehand.
I hope I was able to answer your question. If not, hold on, there are more knowledgeable members on this forum who will be more than glad to help you out.

Sahara's post is right, but let me add one more thing, because it's going to be your next question. No, you won't be able to find a single place to put all your transcripts to avoid the hassle of having a bunch of transcripts.
People like the idea of everything on one transcript because it's much cheaper and easy to see everything in one place. Academically, however, that creates a third party transcript- which isn't valid as an official transcript because they were not the issuer of the credit. ACE, credit banks, community college, state colleges, universities, CLEP,...... it doesn't matter. If you enroll/apply somewhere, send them everything and they put it on a transcript, you still have not created an ORIGINAL document. They are not really doing more than copying it into their system. If they award a degree, great, but if not, when you apply somewhere else, you'll need to go back to all original sources. The receiving college where you enroll always decides if credit is awarded, how much, etc. and in order to do that they'll want an original transcripts from the original sources.
