My inbox is clear.
My proctor let me take the midterm on her schedule. It was a paper midterm. The final was online at proctoru.
BSBA CIS from TESC, BA Natural Science/Math from TESC
MBA Applied Computer Science from NCU
Enrolled at NCU in the PhD Applied Computer Science

My local librarian is going to be my proctor. I'm in Oklahoma City. For some reason my mentor told me I needed to schedule the testing with TESC, so thats where the confusion started.
Once the proctor request form is approved by TESC, do they automatically mail the tests over to your proctor during testing time, or do I have to contact them again?

During the first week of class you fill out the course
proctor form and fax it over to TESC. The first time, you fill out page 1 and your proctor needs to fill in page 2. Going forward you only need fill out page 1 and return. Yes, they will send the tests directly to your proctor a few weeks prior to week 7 (midterm) and week 12 (final).
