TAMUC Price going UP

Hi Guys, Just FYI if it hasn't been said here before TAMUC price will go from $750 per term to $1000, the last term to be grandfathered into $750 is Summer II 

So if you start after Summer II your price will be $1000, which still isn't all that bad, For prespective one TAMUC session ( 7 weeks ) is the cost of 3 credits at some universities.

But if you want to save the 250 I suggest you apply now, say you need 3 sessions that's 750 you would save, just FYI

$250 increase, which is similar to UMPI's increase from $1,500 to $1,700 (+200). They've likely had quite a bit of growth, and the price is still quite reasonable.

$250 price increase is an increase of over 33%. That's quite steep. This is also only in-state tuition.

Yes, UMPI's tuition is increasing with Fall 1, however their increase is not anywhere near 33%. It's just over 13%. $200 isn't exactly small change when tuition is $1500.

Huge difference percentage wise. UMPI tuition is the same for in-state and out of state which isn't the case with TAMUC.

I have worried that tuition increases were coming with these programs and it may get too high to be worth it.

I thought they would go this route, it'll streamline their costs as some other CBE programs were already bumped up to $1K/session, they now have uniform pricing for in-state to $1K/session for each program instead of having different pricing.

Love TAMUC as an alumn, hoping some of this extra money is going to improve the classes a bit...
