What did you think of the program, anything else next for you?

The program is an excellent foundation for anyone seeking a leadership role within their organization. The courses are challenging, but if you have experience, they can be completed relatively quickly. However, I think that if you are not a strong writer, you will find some difficulty, as there are about 30 pages of writing just in the two capstones.

Next, I'm leaning toward law school, which I was initially heading toward nine years ago as a young undergrad. Then, a family move and the start of my career got in the way of that, but I have a bit more flexibility at my current job, so I think it might be worth pursuing.

Very cool, keep us posted on what law schools you're considered, I am very interested to know what options are out there. Best of luck!

As of today, I am officially scheduled to graduate summa cum laude next month with my BAAS in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Here is a breakdown of how I completed my coursework at TAMUC:

7 WK Term 1:
ENGL 1302 (Transfer credit was not accepted from Loyola University)
HIST 1302 History from 1877
ORGL 3311 Foundations of Organizational Leadership
*Progress was delayed this term due to slow instructor feedback for ENGL 1302

7WK Term 2:
ORGL 3321 Organizational Communication
ORGL 3322 Organizational Ethics
ORGL 3331 Data Driven Decison Making
ORGL 3332 Organizational Behavior

7WK Term 3:
ORGL 4341 Leadership Theory
ORGL 4342 Leading Diverse and Inclusive Teams
ORGL 4343 Leading Change
ORGL 4352 Capstone I
ORGL 4361 Capstone II

How was your experience with ENG 1302 and can you elaborate on the slow instructor feedback? I have ENG 1302 for my first term and deciding between that or attempting Workplace Writing II on Sophia.
