Hi guys,
I'm rather pressed for time. I have to complete an English composition sequence by Sept. 23rd. CBE is not an option. I'm currently taking part 1 at NMJC and loving it, but they don't offer part 2 in time for me to make the deadline. I'm currently enrolled in BYU's Tech. Comm. class, but I haven't started it yet and I'm feeling overwhelmed just looking at the course! Will I finish in time?? I have other classes going on! Are there any other self-paced classes that are...let's say...light? Normally I hate to skimp on a class like English, but honestly, I've already taken the CLEP and this is simply because my school won't take it.
Thanks.

So would I have to transfer SL to TESC and then to my school? This is the school that won't take anything from TESC, much less SL.

University of Idaho or u of Arkansas independent study. I think csu pueblo even has it though the other 2 are cheaper. You can start anytime, finish in 6 weeks or so.

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

Haven't taken it, but that U of Idaho Eng. 102 looks pretty straightforward, here's the syllabus: http://www.uidaho.edu/~/media/Files/orgs...gl102.ashx

A little pricey at $450, but you can probably start CSU-Pueblo today with a phone call and a credit card number. English > Division of Continuing Education > Colorado State University-Pueblo
They give better course detail in the handbook: http://coned.colostate-pueblo.edu/Indepe...atalog.pdf

I did ENC 1102, "Argumentation and Persuasion," online with the University of Florida. It did not take long and you don't have to worry about scheduling any proctored exams.
