Study.com tests not graded

I have waited over two weeks for Study.com to grade my exams. I’ve called them and left them a voicemail at this number: 877-266-4919, and have also contacted them through their website; I haven’t received a response back. How long does it usually take for a test to be graded, and is there any better way I can contact the study.com team? Thanks guys

Our exam is pending for 9 days now. I bet they are short on people in the summer months. Also, they have probably a huge increase in exams taken because of the current promo. I know it is frustrating. In the past, they were usually graded within less than 5 days.

Study.com will grade papers fast, usually within 24 hours.  However they are slow to grade final exam which usually takes around  a week.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience:  CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

Basically... Your only option really is the contact us form geared towards support issues, you have to wait for them to process through the entire lot of exams. I'm not sure if they actually go through it or the RPNOW teams... I wonder if there is an option for RPNOW to speed it up on their end and if there is an option to contact them directly. You may want to request Study.com do exactly that if at all possible, otherwise, continue working on any other classes you may have that may not need any grading and just exams...

The proctoring site indicates review can take up to two weeks. My concern was that my subscription would end and I'd get weird feedback and have to pay the college saver all over again in order to retake an exam. I'm on the 4th of the 6 from the PM/IS/Mgmt trifecta since 06/22. I reached out to study.com on Wednesday but got a canned response about requesting transcripts and pausing my subscription, so, not helpful. On Friday I received back to back notices of two courses being finalized for credit (the first of which was taken on 6/29, the second on 7/4). Still waiting on the third (taken on 7/7). Taking the 4th Final this evening, God Willing, and intend to take the remaining two finals by Thursday of next week.

You can only take five finals in a billing cycle.
