Trying for almost 3 hrs today to take my first proctored test from study.com. talked to 3 tech support people from the proctoring website. My camera will not work to take a pic of my ID, so I can't go any further. Tested my webcam on another webcam site, works fine. Any ideas??

I'm sorry this is happening! If the only issue is taking a picture of your ID, you can email a photo to
support@study.com. If that doesn't work or you're having other issues, please email or call us at 650-295-0555.

Thank you study.com. I did call and I was told to go ahead and take the test anyway, that sometimes the video part doesn't show on the students end, but it will show up for the proctor. I finished and I did great, I sure hope that score sticks. Thank you for your help.
