Hi everyone,
I am preparing to take my first test at Study.com (Finance 102 with Guardian Scholarship). It states under the syllabus that a calculator, scratch paper and the formula sheet are allowed.
My question is : How do we show that these are the only things we are using? Do I hold each one up to the webcam built into my laptop and explain what it is and that its allowed?
Do I scan them laying on a desk/table?
Or??????
Thanks for any and all help.
Kind regards,
Bronson

Study.com doesn't have a live proctor. You record yourself and they review the recording later.

Sorry, I was replying to the post before mine that was edited out. The Study.com courses I took didn't have any materials allowed, so i'm not actually sure what the answer is. If the process doesn't specifically ask for it, I would just make sure that when you do the normal 360 room scan, you show clearly what the materials are on your desk so that there isn't any question.

I just had a sheet of blank paper for the test. They have you do a scan of your room and at the end of that video, I just held up the paper for the camera so they could see it was blank. I didn't say anything. The people reviewing the video should know what is and isn't allowed for you to have for each test.

I just passed this test today, like maybe 6 hours ago. I feel like you don't need anything to pass as long as you got a 100% on all quizzes.
