Depends on your speed, what you know, and how hard you work! Plus, what's available during a term. At a minimum, you're looking at at least 2 terms at UMPI because not everything is available every term.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

One 'session' is 8 weeks. If you're using financial aid you are expected to two at least two. It's at your pace though, hence the name, so if you work harder/are really motivated, you can do as many as you can in one session but you can only do two courses at a time.

That's very interesting! I will watch UMPI and I hope they will add another science/tech major in the future.

As many as you can. I did 4 my first term without much effort. 8 my second term. And 4 my third and final term. I only had 3 classes left. I took a 4th one for financial aid reasons.
If you're full time, you must complete 2 per term. If you're part time, you must complete 1 per term.
It's all up to you. It's called YourPace because you 100% move at your pace.

I did 13 in my first term. I need to do 6 more to graduate. I only transferred in Sophia.org classes ![Smile Smile](https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/images/smilies/smile.png) .
This means I paid only $2800 for my BA degree! I got Sophia.org for free.

Do you mind explaining a bit more about the financial aid requierements ? Does fafsa requires 4 sessions in order consider you a full time student?

You would need to talk to the Financial Aid office for the specifics. From what I remember you need to complete 2 classes in each term to be considered full time for financial aid. You're full time per semester not per term.
