Does anyone know the exact time for the cutoff? I have four courses left and am rushing to finish two so I can start the other two before the cutoff. So far I have finished 14 courses and am hoping to hit 18/19 that transfer to COSC since one of them I've already taken at uni

11:59 pm central time. I was told by support team. But plz recheck since they have suddern policy changes lately

*Edit: I just asked them and they replied: "It's 11:59 p.m. on July 31, in the student's time zone."

Lol i was told now its 11: 59 pm EST. Its confusing.  I guess better to sign up for 2 last courses as soon as you can

Be careful taking your exam the final day close to the cutoff. The site might go down for maintenance.

I was short public speaking and sociology and almost done with both. I am disappointed that they do not have political science. I am registering for another class today in case I am short a credit. Too many choices. I had sent TESU a list and they were accepting everything I was interested in.

Looks like they replied to me again by email this time and said, "We had chatted earlier regarding the cutoff time for free course enrollment.

Management just sent our team an email regarding the cutoff time. The Free Course offer ends Friday, July 31, at 11:59 p.m. PACIFIC TIME."

That is pretty confusing, I wonder why they have so many different answers to tell everyone

Unless you're in Alaska, they want everyone to be past 11:59pm on Friday July, 31. If they set it to say 11:59pm Eastern Time, the west coast students would lose out on about 3 hours. I guess that is to be fair, end of day for "everyone" would be past 11:59pm Pacific Time. Heck, if you're on the east coast, you have a few more hours past midnight to enrol!

For me personally i will enroll in last 2 free courses earlier I don’t want have surprises. I can loose 2 courses pursuing 1. Plus, you never know if there website will not crush from amount of users. I mean any technical issues are possible in last hours

I've chosen my last two courses for August: English Comp II and Business Law. Once those are done, I will have done every Sophia course except Public Speaking. I may well take Public Speaking as well if they have a good discount deal for single courses.

Completed Macroeconomics + Statistics. Already had those credits from live classes in the 90's, but with C- on each. One of my BS options says they will only take C or higher on transfer, so figured why not have the ACEs queued up.
Completed Basic Accounting. Passed Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting years ago, but one of my degree options requires a "lesser" accounting, so this should cover that requirement.
Completed Ethics. I have a 2-credit Ethics, but Sophia's may count for 3 on transfer.
Completed Ancient Greek Philosophers. It is a subject I know, so knocked it out real quick.... but doubt it'll help with any requirements.

Statistics was the toughest, it took me most of a day just to get through the 5th module.

So, 15 credits since Sunday afternoon!
