If you want to do SL's science classes, make sure you check out which lab kits are required (if any). They, and their shipping, can be expensive. Shipping can also take a long time, so you'll want to purchase the kits a good 1-2 months ahead of paying for the SL course(s).
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA Completed: Pierpont - AAS BOG Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses) ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

StraighterLine has newer courses and recently changed their pricing structure (yet again, it's an increase of another $10, now at $79/course and $69/lab), so for example if you wanted to take their Biochemistry or Organic Chemistry I, it's $79 each. It really is the only provider right now that has alternative credit for these two (and possibly other courses coming soon that have ACE).
They just sent out a coupon for $35 off a course, it'll bring one of these courses down back to $44 - Use Code FLASH35E, it ends Today at midnight EST. If you miss this deal, they regularly drop the $20 monthly discount for a course very often. You can pause your membership and buy one course and wait for the second month to have another special, then un-pause and do them both!

Very good to see straigterline adding more "hard" sciences. Many ppl don't know they can lower total degree cost for programs like Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy. I called a few schools and was surprised to learn they accept SL sciences. Good to see Sophia keeping up, and with the lab portion to boot.
