I'm scheduled to take Microeconomics this week and I'm curious if only using IC will suffice? I have some other resources but as I get closer I'm wondering where to focus. If anyone has any advice on this exam and IC please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Have you reviewed the great advice in the specific exam feedback section?

I used a fabulous website from Texas A & M University. I think it was notes from one of their Microeconomics courses, but I was able to view the PDF files. Unfortunately, the link no longer works. I was able to save the files, but when I tried to attach it, it said that file was too big.

Those notes were missing some of the subjects, so I did use the IC flashcards to fill in the missing information. Compare the flashcard topics to the breakdown of the exam from College Board. And check out the specific feedback section! Also, I did take Macroeconomics right before I took this test, and I found that helpful.
The most important things that I found for passing this test were: Know your terms. Know what the graphs for the different types of market structures look like (perfect competition, monopoly, monopolistic competition, etc.). Be able to apply the terms and concepts you've learned. Take as many practice tests as you can to help with all of this!

I also used
BusinessDictionary.com - Online Business Dictionary to look up terms and concepts I didn't quite understand or wanted an alternative definition for.
Principles of Microeconomics -by- Libby Rittenberg and Timothy Tregarthen also looks interesting. I used it a little bit for Macroeconomics and it explained things nicely.
