Well, I don’t know if I passed this exam, but I felt it was a bit easier than the Advertising one. The Quizlet questions were very useful. There were questions about IMC, the advantages of focalizing sales in specific regions and some questions about the hierarchy of companies. Characteristics of different leadership styles and questions about outsourcing, the five dimensions, comparison of the marketing matrix with personal selling.
The essays took a LONG amount of time. You have to develop 5 of them and none overlap with later ones. They will ask a question about something and you develop it. I didn’t see the topics of these essay questions in the quizlet, but they are very general business terms that must fit in 2 or 3 paragraphs. I wasted a ton of time adding double space to my 1st essay and realized they only want the first word in every paragraph to make several spaces. The instructions don't have an essay example so I didn’t know if they wanted double space or not until I wasted too much time.
I liked Study's introduction to Marketing course to learn the basics which helped me with the essays. There really aren’t questions that overlap, but the general terms felt like a good base to later on finish with the quizlet. There are several questions about Marketing Communications. Some of these topics I saw in Study's Management Communication course.
I don't know if it is normal that right now I have a 0 grade in my course account. I assume this number will be overwritten when I get a grade.
