I took the Civil War Reconstruction exam.
PASSED WITH A 68 ! Used IC, went thru it 3 times. Found the entire Ken Burns series on line, watched all 9 episodes. This really help me pass the test, worth the 10 hours watching it. Also very entertaining. Here is the link to the Ken Burns Civil War Documentary: The Civil War - 01 The Cause - War on DocuWatch - free streaming war documentaries Also a very good thread on this site: http://www.degreeforum.net/specific-...tion-dsst.html FYI, I only used IC and the Ken Burns series, 30 hours total time.

Thanks - I'll have to check that out. I'm doing IC three times around, but was wondering how hard the test is.

Be sure to check the specific feedback on this test, it is very helpful. Also, learn the commanders of the various battles in both the eastern and western fronts - Don't ignore reconstruction either. It's not called Civil War & Reconstruction for nothing.
Good luck. Oh, Yeah! Also, check out you-tube videos by David Blight - his 27 hour lecture series on the Civil War was fantastic and it can be downloaded to an Mp3 player. Now, good luck!

Yes, I've started to download David Blights lectures. Did you find them significantly helpful?

I learned alot from Professor Blight. However, it depends on your learning style.
