Civil War DSST - Is this exam now Pass/Fail?

I just checked the DSST site and according to their Civil War and Reconstruction Fact Sheet, this exam is graded on the three-digit 400+ scale. Does this mean it is no longer a two-digit letter graded exam?

According to the Excelsior Catalog "Civil War" is still listed as two-digit-graded. According to DSST "Civil War" is listed as a three digit pass/fail - this is not the first time EC has had misinformation in its catalog (Here's To Your Health is still erroneously listed as UL).

Anyone enrolled at EC taken this exam recently? If so, how were you graded?

Just called DSST directly. According to them, The Civil War and Reconstruction DSST is now a three-digit pass/fail exam. For me this is definitely a :hurray:...

EC's Credit by Exam Catalog is, as usual, still printing outdated information...:ack:

Check out pavedmethods free audio version for this study guide. It might help you, I just passed my exam using their study materials. I bought their study guide and downloaded their free audio one. You can find it here at Paved Method – The Civil War and Reconstruction DSST Official Study Guide

mladen720, does prometric know you're trying to pawn off your "paved method" product as the "Official Study Guide" for DSST?

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.

Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.

Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.

Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.

Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.
